Witness felt something like "icy rain" on hands, penetrated clothing and gloves. Orange UFO overhead, flew straight west to the east. Dizzy, light headed, difficulty with balance for one hour after.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One orange object, the size of the moon, was observed in overcast weather by one experienced male witness at a dam (Zimmerman).
