Radio frequency interference. two brightly lit, 25' diameter disc-shaped objects buzzed car. Car radio Radio frequency interference as they flew over.
Flying discs were observed. They buzzed a witness. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Two discs, about 40 feet across, were observed in cloudy weather by one male witness for six seconds (Jayo, R). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
