Presidente Frei Af Center, Antarctica
Bright Nocturnal light 35 degrees elevation above horizon. Slight Radio frequency interference at 3200 kHz. It flew off rapidly to the southwest.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One light, the size of a star, was observed in clear weather by three experienced male military witnesses at a military facility for over 15 minutes (Saldias).
