23 November 1967 Dusk Ivangrad, Montenegro 
Two UFOs with lights blinded man while he was driving his truck. One hung close to ground for 15 minutes, then took off vertically.
Objects were observed. They departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Two bright lights were observed by three male witnesses, one of them an experienced observor, on a road for over 15 minutes (Stepanovic, M). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 103: Report attributed to a known source of unknown or uncalibrated reliability; no site visit, or answer unknown; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
