Bright lighted domed disc approached, hovered over car that rocked violently, engine failed.
A flying disc was observed. Electromagnetic and gravity effects were noted. One domed disc was observed in cloudy weather by several female witnesses on a highway (Neufield). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
