UFO came from south, stopped, hovered 125m away, white light on bottom brightened. Burned area 25' diameter, radioactive soil found at spot.
An object was observed. Ground traces were found. Radioactivity was detected. One red disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by one female witness on a farm briefly. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
