Witnesses heard pulsating sound, saw shiny metallic dirigible-shaped object hover over building 100 feet away. As jets approached in took off.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One metallic zeppelin-like object, about 80 feet across, around 100 feet away, was observed by 60 military witnesses at a military facility for 20 minutes. A pulsating sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
