Huge brilliant disc by television station, hovered and maneuvered, shot away extremely fast.
A flying disc was observed. One disc, of huge size, was observed in clear weather by a male witness at an electric plant for over three minutes (Jorge). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
