Viewed through binoculars. Bright ball of light at low altitude with blue windows. Flew to the west.
An object was observed using optical instruments. One blue ball was observed by one female 63-year-old witness in a city for several hours (Iulia). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
