A flying disc was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One blue-gray domed disc was observed by two male witnesses, typical age 34, in-flight (Scassa). Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 433: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
