Angel hair. Biologist collected 2' long samples of "cobwebs" into mason jar. When uncapped in lab to traces could be found, no explanation for sublimation. Explanation: Hoax.
Angel hair fall. A fall of angel hair was reported in clear weather by three male witnesses on the ocean for two hours (Phillips, C).
Hynek rating: TC: Trace Case reports, no UFO seen (crop circles)
Vallee rating: AN2: Anomalies which do have lasting physical effects. i.e. poltergeists, materialized objects, areas of flattened grass, corn circles.
