Police incident.
UFO hovered motionless over city, flashing red, white, blue lights, dropping flares. No engine sound, not shaped like aircraft. Shot off at high speed rapidly to the eastastleigh. A hovering object was observed. One multi-colored object was observed by three male witnesses, as reported to the police, in a city for a few seconds (Dack). No sound was heard.
