6 August 1974 Dusk Maracaibo, Venezuela 
Attempted abduction. two beings, 2m tall, leaden clothing, dark belts, blue goggles. two other UFOs took the first UFO and entities "in tow', then able to make escape.
Flying discs were observed. Gravity and physiological effects were noted. Three silver round objects were observed by two male witnesses (Chaika). A whistling sound was heard. Two tall beings, each wearing a leaden suit and belt, were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
