Silent 28m diameter domed disc hovered 7m over fish farm, tilted, departed at 45 degree angle upward moving rapidly to the west.
Hovering objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Dogs barked at the object. More than one domed disc, about 80 feet across, were observed in clear weather by one male witness at a lake for eight minutes (Vuillien).
