Newspaper Reporter incident.
Domed-top UFO approached car to within 300', 75' altitude. three photos taken. UFO beamed light directly on witness and car, took off at tremendous speed. An object was observed from a car and photographed. One domed disc, around 300 feet away, was observed by one experienced male witness on a road (Bland).
