In July 1959 11:00 Milford Haven, UK 
Insurance agent walking down road, heard whistling, saw 45m diameter metallic gray elliptical object descend slowly, 15m altitude. Spinning slowly, moved behind steeple, disappeared.
A hovering flying disc was observed. One gray disc, about 150 feet across, was observed by one experienced male witness at a building for 12 seconds (Harris). A whistling sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
