In Spring 1963 07:50 Roosevelt E3M Us40, Utah, USA 
Silver dome, size of small house, viewed through rifle scope. Saw face in window of skinny human face. Humming sound, overhead felt pressure. Object moved, hovered.
A flying disc was observed using optical instruments. Occupants of the craft were seen. One silver domed disc, about 40 feet across, about forty feet away, was observed by two male witnesses on a highway (Brough, S). A humming sound was heard. One humanoid was seen.
