23 October 1973 Night Cabo Rojo Combata Beach, Puerto Rico, USA 
Two spotted several luminous points of light in the sky at low altitude over Combata Beach.
Objects were sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. Several luminous objects, the size of a star, were observed by two witnesses on the shore. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
