In February 1973 Night Portsmouth, UK 
Single witness saw immense object with "about 400 portholes" pass at very low altitude. Witness's hair stood on end due to electrostatic charge.
An object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. One object, of huge size, was observed by one witness.
