UFO landed on beach, took off vertically, no sound, stopped, hovered over Rio de la Plata several minutes altitude 10m. Ground traces.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Ground traces were found. Multiple independent witnesses. One ovoid object was observed by six male witnesses, typical age 17, on the shore for two minutes (Alvarez). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
