Red pulsating UFO treetop level, two light beams caused electromagnetic effect: engine and radio. Telepathy. 90 minutes missing time. four dwarfs, 4-5' tall, fishbowl helmets, uniform, belt buckle.
Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. Witness reported that a period of time could not be accounted for. One red object was observed by one female witness on a road for 90 minutes.
