Electromagnetic effect: engine and lights died.Young couple driving on back road saw tall human-shaped figure in silver metallic suit, stood by road, held cube device. Beam caused car lights and engine to fail.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. A blue oval objects, about 80 feet across, around 300 feet away, was observed in clear weather by two witnesses, a married couple, on a road for over three minutes. A whirring sound was heard. One 6.5-foot-tall tall being, wearing a silver suit, was seen.
