31 December 1971 Evening Tulancingo, Mexico 
Domed disc landed 150 feet away, made "sizzling" sound. Door opened, through red light several beings emerged, wore white coveralls with tight hoods. Took soil samples. Ground marks: two skids, three leg marks.
An object was observed. Men in black later interviewed witnesses. Traces found. One domed disc, around 100 feet away, was observed by more than one female witness at a mountain (Ochones). A sizzling sound was heard. A grey being, wearing a white coverall and hood, was seen.
