Heard loud noise and saw drumlike object with cone top rise out of reservoir. Cone had portholes. Changed color violet to orange-yellow. Noise like jet taking off. Photo.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One changing color domed disc was observed by two military witnesses at a dam (Kinsey). A jet-like sound was heard.
