Woman driving in desolate area encountered 5m long cigar close to ground, left side of road. Had several portholes, .5m diameter, lit by yellow light. Shadows moved behind. It took off straight up.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Occupants of the craft were seen. One cigar-shaped object, about 20 feet across, was observed by one female witness on a road (Salter). A silhouetted being was seen.
