On dark, moonless night, family saw domed disc with square windows hover 15' above house, soft humming sound. two human-like silhouettes visible. When woman shone flashlight on ground, it blinked out.
A flying disc was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One dark domed disc, about 20 feet across, was observed by three witnesses in a residential area for two minutes (Sledge). A humming sound was heard. Two humanoids were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
