Senator incident. Explanation: Planet.
Official of national senate experienced complete car failure, including dashboard clock, saw domed disc 300m away, made soft whistle. It approached, then climbed rapidly. Car could restart. An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One domed disc was observed by one experienced male witness on a highway. A whistling sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
