Abandoned ammunition depot. White inverted dish-shaped object with dark ring, dome on top. one red, two amber lights, moved up-down few times before going out of sight.
A flying disc was observed. It moved with a falling-leaf motion. One multi-colored domed disc was observed by two male witnesses, typical age 12, at a military facility for over two minutes (Payne). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
