Engineer incident.
Engineer familiar with astronomy and artificial satellites sighted a bright blue light source moving across the sky at 1-degree per second. It was about magnitude two in brightness and pulsated 2x / seconds. A hovering object was observed. One blue light was observed by one male experienced witness in a residential area. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 443: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
