Hovered. Object with 8 red blinking lights, two white lights.
Hovering objects were observed. More than one multi-colored light was observed by four witnesses at a lake. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 342: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
