Domed disc with 4-5 purple lights around perimeter. Hovered at treetop level over rest home for elderly before moving away.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One metallic domed disc was observed by more than one witness in a city (Norris). A whirring sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
