Flash in sky before power failure. Then saw lighted domed disc on opposite bank of Green River. When witnesses drove to get help, a red glowing object buzzed them.
An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One red-orange domed disc, about 20 feet across, was observed by four witnesses at an electric plant for eight minutes (Diefendorf). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
