Cop investigated vertically descending luminous object, came upon it moving back and forth over power lines. Other police arrived. Looked like glowing egg with dome, red, white, green lights around rim.
A flying disc was observed. One multi-colored domed oval object was observed by five witnesses at an electric plant. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
