Former Navy aircraft spotter sighted gray-silver disc hovering over city as he approached from crest of a high hill.
A flying disc was observed. One silver disc was observed by one witness in a residential area. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
