Fog or smoke. Dense black smoke forms in location where bouncing Nocturnal light was seen day before. Nearby a orange-yellow "dome-shaped tent" appeared. 5 humanoids ran between dome and "bulldozer"
Objects were observed. Ground traces were found. Two yellow-orange dome-shaped objects, about 80 feet across, were observed in rainy weather by more than two witnesses on a farm for 45 minutes (Normand). Five 3.5-foot-tall dwarves, each wearing a yellow suit and helmet, were seen.
