Fog. Witness drove through fog, saw white metallic light to right, approached to 10m. Saw 2m tall humanoid, wore diver suit which projected coherent light beam from collar. Engine faltered.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One white object was observed in foggy weather by one experienced male witness at a military facility (Munoz Romero, C). One tall being, wearing a diver's suit, was seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 333: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
