2m diameter halo of light hovers over woman. Dogs disoriented.
An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. Animal reactions to the object were reported. Traces found. One ring, about 10 feet across, was observed by one female 22-year-old witness on a farm for two minutes. A buzzing sound was heard.
