Teenage couple on beach saw UFO low over shore. 5 m. from ground, 100 m. away. Circular shape with small tower and curved window. Shot green-yellow beam to ground. Plants and stones vanished four square m.
An object was observed. Ground traces were found. One elliptical, around 300 feet away, was observed by two witnesses, typical age 19, on the shore (Rocha; Roja). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
