Rainy night, luminous ball descended, came apart in fragments with deafening explosion. Power failure, damage to buildings.

An object was observed before it exploded. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Traces found. One luminous ball was observed in rainy weather by two female witnesses in a city for ten minutes (Nunez).
