While fishing in boat, domed disc approached, 75' diameter, lights on rim, boat ran aground. Humanoid 5' tall, pointed ears, large eyes, sharp chin, fired light, paralysis, missing time.
Witness reported that a period of time could not be accounted for. Traces found. Several domed discs, about 80 feet across, were observed by one male 60-year-old witness on the shore for three hours (Chastain). A 5-foot-tall goblin-like being was seen.
