Witness told police that disc landed in front of his car at a crossroads. Electromagnetic effect: car engine died. Human-appearing occupant peered from window. After short while UFO took off at high rate of speed.
A hovering object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One disc was observed by one experienced male witness (Lancaster, H). One humanoid was seen. Herbert Lancaster told police that a saucer shaped UFO landed in front of his car at a crossroads and "turned off the car's engine." An occupant "an ordinary average guy," was seen peering from a window in the UFO. A short time later, the saucer "took off at a high rate of speed."
