Physiological effects.3 3' tall humanoids with shiny clothing and penetrating eyes. Floated out of landed UFO, approached witness. Unintelligible language. Large UFO overhead with mirror-like surface.
Objects were observed. Physiological effects were noted. Two silver cone-shaped objects, about 150 feet across, about forty feet away, were observed by one experienced male military witness in a field (Blackburn, W). Three 3-foot-tall red-skinned beings, each wearing a silver suit, were seen.
