Four teens saw a 3'-4' tall little man in car headlights, with large yellow eyes, dark face, glowing body. Wore odd garment and had a claw-like hand. Bloecher thinks case is a hoax. Explanation: Hoax.
Little men observed. An unidentified object at close range and its occupants were observed by four teenage witnesses on a road (Wallace, Bill; Weber). One 3.5-foot-tall dwarf, wearing a luminous suit, was seen. 4 teenagers said they had seen in their car's headlights a little man 3 or 4 feet tall, with large yellow eyes, a dark face, and a glowing body. The being wore "an odd garment" and they saw a "claw like hand." The driver, 18-year old Bill Wallace, drove away in a state of terror and notified the police.
