A man from Cheviot called Donna Meiers to tell her that he had experienced a similar incident involving a "little man" about the same time as Winton Woods encounter. Explanation: Hoax.
Small humanoid seen by independent witnesses. An unidentified object at close range and its occupants were observed by one male 15-year-old witness in a residential area (Perry; Snapp). One dwarf was seen. Independent witnesses reported seeing a strange little man with claw like hands in the area and in nearby communities. He had large yellow eyes and a glowing body. In some cases he was described as being green in color.
