Newspaperboy incident.
Nautical UFO. Brilliant lights hovered over lake, moved erratically in pattern: hovered bright 5 minutes, dim for three in cycle. After one hour rose, disappeared to the east. An unusual object was sighted that had unconventional appearance and aerobatic performance. One light, about 150 feet across, was observed by a male teenage witness at a lake for over 60 minutes. A whining sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
