29 October 1956 Afternoon Tobyhanna, Harvey Lake, Pennsylvania, USA 
Nautical UFO. Bright silver cigar hovered over residential area, flipped over several times, went into lake. GOC observer. File not found in Blue Book catalogue.
An unusual green fireball was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and aerobatic performance. One silver cigar-shaped object was observed by four male witnesses at a lake for two minutes (Stein). Hynek rating: DO: Daylight Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
