Engineer Ruby H incident.
Nautical UFO: lands in ocean, seen on ocean surface. A flying disc was observed. One disc was observed by three witnesses on the ocean for 18 days (Pete). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
