Young girl awakened by intense light. Saw two small beings, large heads, helmets, huge eyes. House lights wouldn't work. two marks on outside wall of house.
Little men observed, simultaneous with electromagnetic effects. Left ground traces. An unidentified object at close range and its occupants were observed by one female child on an island for two minutes (De Ribas). Two 4-foot-tall grey beings, each wearing a helmet, were seen.
