Two witnesses with binoculars. Dull roar, bell-shaped object jumps like a moth, shoots rapidly to the northeast.
A hovering object was observed. One domed disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by two witnesses on a farm for 90 minutes (Tyrode). A roaring sound was heard.
