Nocturnal lights cross road in unison as if attached together. Car has electromagnetic effect. Traces: two yellow burn marks on pavement.
Objects were observed from a car. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Traces found. Four multi-colored lights, about 5 feet across, were observed by one male 19-year-old witness in a pasture for seven minutes (Cumbre). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
